Lenders have raised fees and rates across the nation to make up for lost volume. We are committed to investing in our local communities in 2023 and will be waiving our $674 lender fee for buyers.

Seller Incentive

We know selling is stressful in this market. If you have a house you'd like to offer additional incentives on, we will provide marketing materials and a $1,500 buyer credit at closing to qualified borrowers.
