Best rate and knowledgeable loan officer We shopped around for loan officers, and in that process, we found that Nate not only offered the lowest rates from the outset (we appreciated being able to avoid “playing the game”), but he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us in what was best for our circumstances. First-time home buyers while living abroad My wife and I were first-time home buyers and started working with Nate in early 2021. Nate was always so willing to meet and go over anything about the process from offers, appraisal gaps, and anything going on in the crazy housing market of 2021. Nate is amazing! We have bought several homes during our 32 years of marriage. Nate has been the best load officer we have used! We were trying to purchase a new home in Durham during the crazy buying season in June. Nate worked outside of office hours to make sure we were able to buy the home we wanted. We lived and worked in Ohio but were moving to a new home and job in Durham. It could have been a stressful time but Nate made it stress free!
