First-time home buyers while living abroad My wife and I were first-time home buyers and started working with Nate in early 2021. Nate is amazing! We have bought several homes during our 32 years of marriage. Nate has been the best load officer we have used! We were trying to purchase a new home in Durham during the crazy buying season in June. Nate worked outside of office hours to make sure we were able to buy the home we wanted. We lived and worked in Ohio but were moving to a new home and job in Durham. It could have been a stressful time but Nate made it stress free!
